By accessing, purchasing, or using any software product developed by IliciLabs (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our products.

2. Products and Services

IliciLabs develops and distributes desktop software applications for Windows. Our products are focused on privacy, artificial intelligence, and productivity.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, IliciLabs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased software. Each license key is for single-use and is valid forever (lifetime license). This means:

• You receive one license key per purchase.
• The license key activates the software on a single installation.
• There are no recurring fees or subscription charges.
• The license does not expire.

4. Payment and Pricing

• All payments are securely processed through LemonSqueezy, our authorized payment processor.
• Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are charged as a one-time payment.
• By completing a purchase, you agree to LemonSqueezy’s terms of service in addition to ours.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing for future purchases without affecting existing licenses.

5. License Restrictions

You may not:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or transfer your license key to third parties.
• Use the software for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except where permitted by law.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the software.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, documentation, designs, and related materials are the intellectual property of IliciLabs and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The purchase of a license does not transfer ownership of the software.

7. Privacy

We are committed to your privacy. Our software is designed with a privacy-first approach:

• No telemetry or usage tracking.
• No collection of personal data.

8. Beta Software

Certain products, such as Aurora Subtitles, are currently offered as Beta versions. By purchasing and using Beta software, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The software is still in development and may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies.
• The current price reflects its Beta status and is lower than the expected final release price.
• You are encouraged to provide feedback to help us improve the product.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. IliciLabs does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IliciLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our software.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
