IliciLabs sells digital software products as one-time, lifetime license keys through LemonSqueezy. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we offer a fair refund policy.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
- Your request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- The license key has not been activated or has been used minimally.
- You experience a technical issue that prevents the software from functioning and that we are unable to resolve.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- The refund request is made after 14 days from the purchase date.
- The license key has been activated and extensively used.
- The product was purchased during a promotional or discounted period and the discount terms stated no refunds.
- The issue is caused by incompatible hardware or software that does not meet the stated system requirements.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Send an email to contact@ilicilabs.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
- Include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
- Provide a brief reason for the refund request.
Alternatively, you can initiate a refund directly through your LemonSqueezy purchase receipt.
Processing Time
- Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy and typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, particularly if the software has been partially used or if the request falls outside the standard refund window but within reasonable circumstances.
