Each operator is responsible for its business; sharing this website does not automatically make them joint controllers.
Data, purposes and legal bases
- Enquiries and support: name, email, subject, category and message to handle your request. The basis is precontractual steps or contract performance where applicable; for general enquiries, our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. Required fields are necessary to process the form.
- Early access: name, email and requested product to communicate that product’s access, launch and discount. Processing relies on your request and consent when submitting the dedicated form. Withdraw by emailing us; this does not subscribe you to advertising for other products.
- Purchases and licences: contact, order, product, amount and purchase or licence status for delivery, support and accounting or tax duties, based on contract performance and legal obligations. Our website form does not receive your complete payment card details.
- Security: technical connection information, such as IP address, request and time, to serve the website and prevent abuse, based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
- Optional analytics: with consent, Google Analytics receives navigation and purchase events, technical identifiers and order data (identifier, product, currency and amount), not your enquiry contents. See the cookie policy. Refusal does not prevent purchases or enquiries.
These forms do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you. Do not send identity documents, health information, passwords or sensitive documents in ordinary enquiries.
Recipients and external services
Form enquiries reach the IliciLabs mailbox through our server. Hosting, network, email and support providers may process data as needed to deliver those services, as may advisers or authorities where legally required. Contacting IliciLabs does not subscribe you to AdarisTech communications.
Lemon Squeezy handles checkout as merchant of record under its privacy policy. Google supplies optional analytics under its privacy information. These services may process data outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Their documents describe entities, locations and transfer mechanisms; you may ask the controller for information about applicable safeguards and a copy of them. This policy does not mean all data stays in the EU.
Retention
Messages are kept as needed to answer the enquiry, provide support or maintain the requested relationship. Early-access details are used for the requested launch or until consent is withdrawn. Afterwards, only information needed for legal obligations or establishing, exercising or defending claims is retained for the applicable periods. Browser preferences and identifiers have the lifetimes explained in the cookie policy. You may ask about retention for your specific case.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, or withdraw consent, by contacting the relevant controller. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Explain your request and provide enough information to locate it; additional identity evidence will only be requested when necessary.
You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your competent supervisory authority. We respond within GDPR deadlines, normally one month, subject to justified extensions allowed by law.

Local file processing in an application does not mean that purchase, activation, support or connected services involve no personal data.
