Purchases and contact
This policy covers IliciLabs digital products purchased through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. The selling entity appears on your receipt. IliciLabs operator details are in the legal notice.
To request a refund or report a problem, email [email protected]. Include your order reference and purchase email so we can locate it; if you lack the reference, we will help identify the transaction. Do not send complete payment card details.
Statutory withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer and have a right of withdrawal under applicable law, you may notify withdrawal without giving a reason, normally within 14 calendar days after entering into the digital-content contract.
For paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the exception requires that supply has begun, that you expressly consented to its start during the withdrawal period, acknowledged losing the right and received the contractual confirmation required by law. Downloading, activating or using a key does not by itself replace those requirements.
If the exception’s conditions are not met, withdrawal will not be denied solely because the product was activated or used. Missing precontractual information may extend the period as provided by law.
Any unequivocal statement is acceptable. Optional wording: “I withdraw from my purchase of [product], contracted on [date], order [reference], name [name], email [email]. Date: [date].” This wording and a reason are not required.
Where statutory withdrawal applies, reimbursement is made without undue delay and within the legal 14-day deadline following notification, using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise as legally permitted, without reimbursement fees.
Problems and statutory conformity rights
Lack-of-conformity rights are separate from withdrawal and are not limited to 14 days. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include bringing the product into conformity at no cost, a price reduction or contract termination. Discounts, activation or a beta label do not remove these rights.
We may request relevant technical information to diagnose a defect, but exercising a statutory withdrawal right does not require logs or proof of a defect. Compatibility issues are assessed against the requirements and information supplied before purchase, not automatically rejected.
Additional commercial requests
Beyond statutory rights, we review commercial requests made within 14 days of purchase where the key is unused or minimally used and an unresolved technical problem prevents operation. This review does not restrict the rights above or more favourable conditions promised with the purchase.
Lemon Squeezy processes payment refunds in its role as merchant of record. Bank posting times can vary without altering applicable legal deadlines. Reply to your support thread with the order reference to ask about a request’s status.
