Operators and scope
IliciLabs is the B2C business of María Teresa Hurtado Maciá. AdarisTech is the B2B business of Óscar Iborra Maldonado. Their tax identification, addresses and contacts appear in the legal notice.
These terms cover IliciLabs products. AdarisTech custom development, training and services require a quotation or contract identifying the provider, scope, price and conditions. Browsing this website does not constitute an order or acceptance of charges.
Products and licences
Each product page describes its features, version, availability and requirements. Review them before buying. A product is a trial or beta only where the relevant offer expressly says so.
IliciLabs one-time, lifetime licences have no recurring fees or expiry of the right to use the software. One key is supplied per purchase for one installation, unless the offer expressly provides otherwise. For Aurora Subtitles, each licence is valid for one Windows installation on one PC. Software is licensed; intellectual property ownership is not transferred. The terms and features promised with your purchase remain applicable.
You may not share or resell keys, infringe others’ rights or use the software unlawfully. Copying, decompilation and transfer restrictions do not override exceptions or rights provided by law.
Price, checkout and delivery
Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for purchases through its checkout. The selling entity appears during checkout and on your receipt; review its conditions before paying. IliciLabs develops the product and provides product support.
The product, final price, currency and applicable taxes are shown before payment confirmation. Review and correct your details before confirming. A licence advertised as a one-time purchase does not create a subscription. Keep your receipt and emailed conditions as confirmation of your contract. If access or your key does not arrive, contact [email protected] with your order reference, not payment card details.
Withdrawal, conformity and support
Our refund policy distinguishes statutory withdrawal, possible digital-content exceptions and lack-of-conformity claims. Activation or download alone does not demonstrate loss of withdrawal rights.
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, statutory conformity guarantees, required updates or applicable remedies. Contact support for assessment of problems. Automated transcription is not guaranteed to be error-free; review its output before sensitive uses. This does not remove promised functionality or liability required by law.
Privacy and liability
Processing of website, enquiry and purchase data is described in our privacy policy. Local processing of product files does not mean purchases or support require no personal data.
Liability for intentional wrongdoing or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited is not excluded. You must respect rights over the files you process and applicable law.
Changes and disputes
Updated terms apply to future purchases, not retroactively to existing orders or acquired rights. Changes to ongoing relationships must comply with the contract and applicable law.
